Sign Up for the "Space Between" Newsletter

The "Space Between" newsletter has been an on-again and off-again passion project for several years. It is my way of trying to send you some thoughts, reflections, and observations of how the practices of yoga, mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and meditation can be so powerful.  Here is what you can expect:

  • 1-2 times a month(ish) I write a new blog post that explores various ways that the practice of yoga, mindfulness, and movement can show up in everyday life; well beyond the edge of the mat, and outside the studio. 

  • I send these reflection posts in my email newsletter straight to you. The newsletter also includes things like:

  • guided audio meditations

  • short videos of practice suggestions

  • deeper reflections

  • schedule & offering updates

  • shout outs to my friends in the yoga community

  • and who knows what else will come up!

It is not just the time on the mat that it helps. All that practice during classes carries off the mat and into your life. And that is what I am looking forward to exploring by way of this newsletter.
