How Can I Help You?

Yoga & Movement Classes

“I don’t look like a ‘real’ yoga student.” - “I won’t fit in at a yoga studio.” - “Others will make fun of me or laugh at me” - “I have no idea what the hell I am doing.” Sound familiar? I feel that in my bones. That is who I was when I first started practicing yoga. That is who I still am today. I love working with students who feel like they “don’t belong” and it is my passion to help you feel at ease and peace with your practice because you are worthy and you sure as hell belong. Integrated Movement

Do you run, swim, ski, hike, climb, garden, walk around your house, go shopping, move up and down stairs, get in and out of cars, walk, lift things… do you move through out your day? If so - what is your plan to move well for the rest of your life?

Getting back to the basics is not easy. Unlearning a lifetime of asymmetries, imbalances, and compensatory patterns in the body - is hard work. But the gains are worth it. You become stronger. You become healthier. You reduce the risk of injury or breakdown. As a Balanced Athlete® Coach and FMS® Screen Level 1 certified functional movement instructor, I’ll work with you to better understand your functional movement needs and develop a plan of action to help keep you moving for the rest of your life.

Yoga Teacher Training, Coaching, Mentoring & Consulting

I love to talk about teaching yoga and movement practices. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with other teachers in group training or one-on-one coaching sessions. I love even more hearing what your experience is and how we can help strengthen your skills to continue to grow as a teacher!

Guided Meditation

Just about all of my classes include meditation. The meditation practice is an important way to develop mindfulness skills. This can help you manage the different rhythms of your day to day experiences. I also record meditations and send those out in my newsletter. I also have some of these meditations available to you to use any time you would like.
