live online classes

All in-studio classes are also streamed online live, so you can join our practice from anywhere you are! Classes are streamed via zoom and you will receive the zoom link via email after you reserve your spot!

in-person classes

There are limited spots available for in-person participation. The studio is located at 433 US Route One, Scarborough, Maine. Please arrive with enough time to get settled into your space!

 

SLow gentle yoga

This practice is rooted in mindfulness and exploring breath and movement together to reconnect with the wholeness of your amazing heart in this moment.

There is an emphasis on moving at a slower pace, with integrated and functional movement, plenty of rest and resets, and an array of options to help you choose how to make the practice yours.

yin yoga

Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissues within the body - the tendons, ligaments, bones, and fascia - to increase flexibility, strength and hydration of your joints. An excellent compliment to the vinyasa practice as well as any other activity that requires a lot of movement such as running, biking, hiking, sports, etc.

functional movement

Functional Movement is the ability to perform daily tasks and movements with ease and efficiency. It involves the coordinated use of multiple muscle groups and joints to move with strength, stability and efficiency.

Maintaining your functional movement helps prevent injury, improve balance and stability, and sets you up for a lifetime of moving through your day with ease.
