Yoga is a sacred practice that can be enjoyed by all bodies, backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels. The practice can help provide a path forward for personal exploration even when we are unsure of what the journey ahead may look like.
Chris' classes are designed to welcome everyone with thoughtful sequencing, accessible cues, and an invitation to take all the offerings only as you need; you are your own best teacher. You are encouraged to find and safely explore your edges, creating space for growth with a focus on compassion, grace, and ease.
And if you find you need something different than what Chris offers - he will find you a teacher that will meet your needs! He is connected throughout the incredible Maine yoga community. If my style, approach, or offerings don’t fit what you need: we’ll find you someone who does!
