Cancelation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration at any time.

To qualify for a refund, the cutoff time is six hours before the scheduled start of the class.

If you cancel after the six-hour cutoff, you will not receive a refund.

No-shows will not receive a refund.

There are no credits offered for future classes.

In the event that the class itself is canceled, you will be offered the choice of attending a future class (pending availability) or a refund.

You can cancel your registration using the “Change/Cancel” function in your confirmation email or by sending an email to hello@cbyogame.com

Please refer to the event, training, or workshop page for specific cancelation and refund policy related to that event, training, or workshop.

For community donation classes, no refund will be offered for cancelation as 100% of the funds raised are donated to the specific organization.

Please Note: refunds will be for the full amount paid less any processing fee by the Payment Processor, Square.
